Get ready for sone sew fun time with your friends this summer at  Flying Pig Create Studio with our   "Camp with Friends"!

Camp with Friends

 A summer camp is a great way to introduce you kids to the fun of sewing and even better, sewing with their friends.  With "Camp with Friends", your child and 3 to 4 of his/her friends will be able to enjoy each other's company while learning how to sew fun projects that they have collectively chosen, uniquely, for their group. Campers will not need to bring anything to camp, except for their winning attitude,  a snack and water.  We provide all the materials, supplies, sewing machines and of course, instructions!

Some suggested projects are:

​

• a beach tote with a beach blanket that they can personalized with their name hand embroidered on it

• A set of pajama top and shorts with a coordinating eye mask

• Summer shorts and tie dye t- shirt

• Back to school outfit

• Stuffed toys

• Room decor (such as decorative pillows, pennant, hot air balloons, cushions, etc...)

• Play foods (hamburgers, chips, sodas, hot dogs, ice cream cone, cup cakes, donuts, etc.)

• Upcyling projects using old or thrifted items

• Travel essentials (neck pillow, blanket and carrying bag)

• Travel backpack and device case

• Other projects that your child may be interested in are always a possibility

 Each camp will be for 3 hours each day for 3 consecutive days.  We typically run camps during the week.  Please call or email for availability.  We run camps weekly,  beginning the week of June 10th through August 2nd.

Cost: 

A group of 4-5 campers:  $217 per camper

A group of 3 campers: $290 per camper
